Application Procedure

Fill out

Complete the online form or submit the application form via email to the organizing office

Submit

Submit a copy of the business registration certificate, company logo (AI file), and booth image (PNG format) via online upload or email.

-Independent booths must be applied for in units of at least 2 booths.

-Only the space is provided; interior design and construction are the exhibitor’s responsibility.

-Please ensure that the booth structure does not exceed a height of 3.5 meters.
  • Booth allocation will be determined after application submission, based on the company’s size and business sector.
  • Any equipment beyond the standard items provided must be requested separately.
  • When submitting the application form, please include a copy of your business registration certificate, and your company logo in both AI and PNG formats. Submit via the online application form or by email to the organizing office.
  • Participation fees must be paid to the official exhibition agency, Culture Makers Co., Ltd., designated by HackTheon.
